Privacy notice

Effective from 4 October 2026. This is a courtesy translation; the Czech text is binding.

1. Controller

Your personal data is controlled by Nina Kalinová, IČO 29058368, registered office Jaromírova 512/38, 128 00 Praha 2, email info@onlypotsbynina.com, phone +420 732 418 905.

2. What we process and why

Orders: first and last name, email, mobile phone, the chosen pickup point and what you ordered, to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without them we can't deliver.
Accounting and tax records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Lesson bookings and gift vouchers: name, email, phone, number of guests and date, to perform the contract.
Contact form: name, email and your message, so we can reply (legitimate interest or steps before a contract).
Withdrawals: the form's details, legal obligation.
Newsletter: your email, with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time through the link in each email or by writing to info@onlypotsbynina.com.
Security and error monitoring: technical records (IP address, browser type, error reports), legitimate interest in a safe, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Who receives data

SumUp Limited (payments). You enter card details straight into SumUp's form; they never reach us.
Zásilkovna s.r.o. (delivery: name, phone, email, pickup point). The pickup-point map at checkout is Zásilkovna's own page; it shows its own cookie banner and sets its own cookies.
Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace email).
Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting in the European Union).
Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry, error monitoring).
Google and Sentry may transfer data to the USA, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep it

Orders and receipts as long as accounting and tax law requires, at most 10 years. Lesson bookings 3 years after the lesson. Contact messages and withdrawal requests 3 years. Newsletter email until you unsubscribe. Technical error records at most 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing; you can withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Write to info@onlypotsbynina.com.
You can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.

6. Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies: the session (your basket and form security) and your language. No analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no consent banner.
