Delivery & payment
How your pieces reach you, how you pay, and what happens if something arrives broken.
Delivery
We send every order with Zásilkovna to the pickup point or Z-BOX you choose at checkout, anywhere in the Czech Republic, for 99 Kč.
Delivery is free for orders from 2 000 Kč (the pieces alone).
Dispatched within 3 working days. Zásilkovna emails and texts you when your parcel is ready, with the code to pick it up.
Payment
You pay online when you place the order, by card, processed securely by SumUp. We don't offer cash on delivery.
Prices are final. The seller is not a VAT payer.
If something arrives broken
Arrived broken? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you, no need to send it back.
Returns
You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason: Withdraw from a contract. We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal, including the original delivery up to its cheapest option; we may wait until the piece is back with us or you show us you sent it.
Send your return with Zásilkovna: write our return code 254137896 and "Only Pots by Nina" on the parcel and hand it in at any Zásilkovna point or Z-BOX. The return shipping is on you; we deduct Zásilkovna's return fee from the refund.
