Terms and conditions of the Only Pots by Nina online shop

Effective from 4 October 2026. This is a courtesy translation; the Czech text is binding.

1. The seller

Nina Kalinová, IČO 29058368, registered office Jaromírova 512/38, 128 00 Praha 2, a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Register. The seller is not a VAT payer.

2. Introduction

These terms govern the sale of handmade ceramics and the booking of lessons on onlypotsbynina.com. Contracts are concluded in Czech.

3. Goods and prices

Every piece is made by hand, so its shape, size and glaze can differ slightly from the photo. Such differences are typical of handmade work and are not a defect.
Prices are final; the seller is not a VAT payer. Delivery is shown separately in the basket and in the order summary before you place the order.

4. Ordering and the contract

Put pieces in the basket, choose a Zásilkovna pickup point or Z-BOX and enter your first and last name, email and mobile phone. Before sending you see the pieces, the delivery price and the total, and can check and correct everything.
You place the order with the button "Order with obligation to pay" and then pay. The pieces are reserved for you for 60 minutes; if the payment doesn't go through in that time, the order lapses and the pieces return to the shop.
The contract is concluded when we email you the order confirmation after receiving the payment. The confirmation contains these terms and serves as your receipt. We keep the contract electronically; you have it in the confirmation email.

5. Payment

Prepaid only, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through SumUp. Card details are handled by SumUp alone and never reach the seller. No cash on delivery. A declined payment can be retried while the reservation lasts.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the Czech Republic only, through Zásilkovna to a pickup point or a Z-BOX. The current delivery price and the free-delivery amount are on the Delivery and payment page and in the basket; on the effective date delivery costs 99 Kč and is free for pieces worth 2 000 Kč or more.
We send your order within 3 working days of receiving the payment. Zásilkovna sends you a text or email with the pickup code.

7. Breakage in transit

The risk passes to you only when you collect the parcel. If a piece arrives broken, send us a photo within 48 hours of collecting it at info@onlypotsbynina.com. We replace the piece or refund you; no need to send it back.

8. Withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Send us a clear statement by email, by letter to the registered office, with the model form below, or online with the "Withdraw from the contract" button at onlypotsbynina.com/withdraw.
Return the goods within 14 days of withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning them. You can use the Zásilkovna universal return code shown on the Delivery and payment page; we deduct Zásilkovna's return fee from the refund.
We refund the price, including the cheapest delivery offered, within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the card you paid with. We may wait until we receive the goods or your proof of sending them. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.

9. Lessons and gift vouchers

When you book a lesson you pay the deposit shown online; the rest is paid at the studio. A gift voucher is paid in full in advance, and its holder agrees a date with the seller.
Under § 1837(j) of the Civil Code there is no right to withdraw without reason from a lesson booked for a specific date. If you write to us at least 48 hours before the lesson starts, we offer another date or refund the deposit. A gift voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase.

10. Defects and complaints

You can claim defects within 24 months of receiving the goods. Email info@onlypotsbynina.com with your order number and a description or photo. We confirm your complaint in writing and settle it within 30 days.

11. Out-of-court disputes

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, ADR department, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Praha 2, https://adr.coi.cz, handles out-of-court consumer disputes.

12. Final provisions

Czech law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. Each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.
